TrueNorth run a lot of "benefits" programs for small businesses in the area but they are over priced and poorly run I had an "advocate" who couldn't even get my PCP set right so I was never able to get my medical insurance card :(  

Brings poor people into Cedar Rapids Westside then puts them in debt dumps them there and just makes the west side worse. I saw the above listing as unemployment office in Cedar Rapids and knew I had to take that screenshot.
